ტელეწამყვანი სონა დევისონ სანჩესი სინგაპურიდან ინტერნეტში ძალიან პოპულარულია. წამყვანი სულ რაღაც 1 წლის წინ ტყუპების დედა გახდა და ამჯერად უკვე იდეალურ ფორმაშია. ქალბატონმა ინსტაგრამზე საცურაო კოსტიუმში გადაღებული ფოტო გამოაქვეყნა, სადაც ხელში ტყუპები, ტრისტანი და რეიდენი  უჭირავს და მართლაც შეუდარებლად გამოიყურება: „საოცარია, რა შეუძლია ადამიანის სხეულს“ – წერს სონა სოციალურ ქსელში.

სონას სოციალურ ქსელში უამრავი გულშემატკივარი გამოეხმაურა. კითხვაზე, როგორ დაიბრუნა მან იდეალური ფორმა, ტელეწამყვანს მარტივი პასუხი აქვს. გოგონა დღე და ღამე ვარჯიშობდა და თავს პირობა მისცა, რომ სტერეოტიპებს დაარღვევდა. მისივე თქმით, არაა აუცილებელი იკვებო 2 ადამიანის ნაცვლად, როცა ორსულად ხარ. მნიშვნელოვანია ორსულობისას მოიმატო იმდენი, რამდენიც დაშვებულია და არც ერთი კილოგრამით მეტი.

A year ago, I made my Husband promise to (pretend to 😂) still love my body after I gave birth. During my pregnancy, I mentally prepared myself for a post-twins baby body. I had fully accepted it… I, (like many) thought that it wouldn't be possible to get my body back after pregnancy (especially after seeing my ginormous twin belly). I was wrong. I would come to realise that a combination of factors would lead to me losing my pregnancy weight within just 3 weeks of giving birth. A lot of you asked me – how was I able to get my body back? Sorry it's taken so long to finally answer this. 1. Pre-Pregnancy: I had strong core muscles before I became pregnant (from HIIT home workouts). 2. Pregnancy Weight-gain: I only gained what I needed to. You don't literally have to "eat for 2" when you're pregnant. I gained mostly on my tummy, so I only had to lose that extra weight, which is a whole lot easier than the whole body. 3. Staying Active: I walked A LOT while I was pregnant. Staying active while pregnant is beneficial in so many ways. I would walk for 2-3 hours every other day and this kept my metabolism up. 4. Breastfeeding: I breastfeed exclusively. When you breastfeed your stomach contracts which helps your uterus shrink quicker – times that by 2 (preemie babies that fed hourly) and you have the perfect storm. Every persons body is different but this is what worked for me. Having said that, losing the weight was just the first step. I had lost a lot of my muscle tone in my tummy which meant, one meal, and it would all hang out again till the next morning. At 3 months post-partum I bought this "goals" bikini and began a simple 20min home workout routine (HIIT) with hubby and the muscle reconstruction began! ❤ Read the most beautiful words by new Mama @heyonaaaa and I love them 'cause it's exactly how I felt when I first started breastfeeding… – "I noticed I don't always feel comfortable feeding in public. But I do it. I always do it. I do it BECAUSE I feel uncomfortable. I do it because someone else feels uncomfortable. I do it because there are mothers who feel like they need to hide. I do it because someone somewhere told her she can't. But mostly I do it because nothing comes before my mother instincts. I know what my baby needs. Nothing can stop me, especially my discomforts. He is here to break down my walls and he is here to teach me humility. I feed with love and pride and humility. What a humbling journey to be able to house/birth/nurture a human." .(EDIT : those talking about using nursing covers have surely never tried putting one over a baby this age, 😓😓 it's hard – and even before they could pull them off, Raiden overheats into a serious sweat under them in seconds in our Singapore weather! Regardless, we shouldn't have to hide if we don't want to.)
